What should I do if something breaks or gets lost?Making is messy and sometimes things break. You’re packing up after a successful program, and as you inventory the Mix Box you realize with dread that something is missing.
Don’t worry! This is the cost of doing business, and it happens in libraries every day. Here’s what you should do:
After your program is complete, please complete the online evaluation. It has been updated to be much shorter than the original and should only take 1-2 minutes. If you have additional feedback you can always email the committee at [email protected].
Online Staff Evaluation You can evaluate the program with a paper form or the online form. If you use the paper forms, you can either send them back with your box or enter the evaluations in the online form.
